        • Looking for 1-on-1 yoga or a small group class for yourself and your friends? Classes can be designed based on physical or mental needs and preferences, including a special focus on body image or eating disorder recovery, or trauma recovery focus. Email Kimberly@rootedreflection.org to schedule your private session.
